Spring
Sometimes warm
People get allergies (Lenny)
Really nice out
In spring i like to go outside a lot
Never ever can I go to the pool
Go into the beach
People start to come
Oh the peepers
Everyone watches the daffodil parade

Spring
Poem – Louisa L.
Ahh
imagine a nice whiff of delicious smelling air, the mixed sent of herbs and my
mom's freshly baked lemon cake, sitting by the window ready to be eaten.
Gardening in the late morning and then fresh pesto- tomato grilled cheese
sandwiches for lunch... ahh the first weeks of spring when the temperature
is threatening you to not wear a coat, or even a vest.
Ugh, you caught me , this is
too good to be true. Instead everyone in the whole wide world are inside on
their beds with a fever and scratchy eyes, way to tired from all the medication
their doctors have prescribed, as the pollen violently floating around
everywhere. Everyone waiting for the moment they can finally breathe again
during that very special moment they know its spring
SPRING IS
HERE
PRITTY FLOWERS AND TREES
RINGING TWEETS OF BIRDS FILL THE AIR
IT'S GETTING HOTTER EVERY DAY
NICE SMELLS AND BAD ALLERGIES COME
GREEN GRASS NOW SHOWS
POLLEN MAKES ME SNEEZE
OPEN WINDOWS TO LET THE WARM SUN IN
EVERYONE IN OUR HOUSE IS HAPPY
MORE BIRDS COME
By Samuel H.
Spring has sprung
Flowers
starting to bloom, birds chirping
among
the cherry blossoms
Bushes
green and trees too!
Outside playing
tennis and swimming in the pool
Butterflies
in the sky and birds flying.
Beautiful
sunsets and sunrises!
Fishing
and playing at the beach
Summer
is almost here and school is almost out!
The days
are sunny and getting warmer!
Spring
has sprung and just begun.

Today is a new spring day,
the snow has gone away,
I open my eyes,
to see to see the birds fly.
I LOVE to wake up and hear the birds chirp outside
of my window. I love to feel the breeze outside. I love to enjoy watermelon
with my friends and pinch myself and realize I am not dreaming.

Spring has sprung.
It will be fun
You get to run
but you might get stung
by the anonymous
bumblebee.
Flee, flee
filed with glee,
allergies.
Annoying,
ignoring
is tough.
And all that fluff.
I love spring and all the
fluffy bunnies,
in it.
deer hit bugs.
Watch insects flit.
get covered in grit,
watch out, a knit.
Go and hit it.
With a frying pan.
Pancakes man
are not just spam
there amazing,man.Yes
School gets out,
don't pout.
its great
to swim, dig in the sand,
just grand.
A castle, a fort, a
hideaway
here or there, anywhere.
Vacation.
Relaxation.
Recreation
Elevation.
Anticipation.
Assassination, of school.
Its awesome, the spring.
That anonymous bumblebee.
Gee
hes persistent
insistent, a normal
bumblebee.
Honey,
there creation,
sweet
neat.

Spring
When the birds start to
chirp,
And the buds start to
burst,
Up through the thawing
soil.
The winter was cold,
But the spring is bold,
And the air is still the
same.
The grass is green,
And the winter was mean,
But the spring shall win
this war.
One look at the sun,
And the snow run,
Away from it's shining
force.

Spring
When the snow turns to mush,
And all there is left is slush
The storms begin to hush.
The sky turns bright blue,
Everything is picture perfect,
Like a hakui.
Daffodils blooming,
No more glooming,
Birds chirping, butterflies flying.
The bitter cold is dying,
Trying to fight the sun,
But the sun already won.
Sunny days,
In the spring haze,
Everything is in a daze
I like spring because it is a sign.
The sign of Summer-The time is now well.
We are caught in the Spring Spell.

SPRING
TIME
Winter is
over.
The snow
blows away.
After a
harsh cold season,
it is a
new spring day.
The sun
shines bright.
The sky,
a crisp blue.
The grass
green,
the
flowers brand new.
The birds are chirping,
the bees
are buzzing,
The soil
dark,
the
flowers budding.
Life
begins to grow.
People
begin to show.
It is
quite an amazing thing,
I am so
glad it’s spring!

Spring Time
The cold
winter, harsh. I am ready for Spring.
The sun
comes out, shining
and sparkling
on the
cold icicles
just like when you’ve taken a long walk, and come
inside
to drink hot choc…
late
The
icicles long for that one day, when the sun awakens.
and comes
to play.
Then…
When I go
outside the birds sing a nice song
It is
peaceful now, and I wish for it to go on.
The grass
has that smell,
and the
flowers have those colors
thy sky
is awake
and I
know Nantucket is like no other.
When you
feel the sand on say,
cisco beach
it is
warmer than usual, and feels good on your feet
This is a
poem, it was written for you,
I must
leave now, and so will you.
No
really, I’m serious,
Go right
now
Please go
I say, I need to work,
please go
right now, please don’t be a jerk.
And now
things are bad, real bad indeed,
and this
is summer,
busy as a
bee.

ACHOO! By Alden T.
Spring has sprung and
that can mean a few things...
1. Allergies have
begun... Uh oh... ACHOO!
2. The flowers have began
to bloom and... Oh no, here we go again! ACHOO!!
3. Pollen is in the air and.... ACHOO!!! Oh and
now it's in my hair... Great.
4. The island is getting
busy and now I'm getting dizzy...
5. It's hard to do
homework when all I can do is.... ACHOOO!!!!!
6. Now I'm at the store
buying some more allergy medicine to cure me of my sneezing and insomnia.
ACHOOzzzzzzzzzzz.....
A poem on the side
affects of having allergies in the spring.
Spring – Anah B.

old honks honk
summers coming
more and more people
walking
is as busy as can be
