If you were to create a writing workshop to get feed back so that your work will be changed so it is accurate and has a good flow, you should start by choosing a writing piece that you would like to improve. To begin your writing workshop you should get no more than ten people together to witness your reading. Once you have read your piece aloud then you can ask for others opinion and comments. Make sure that you don't say anything in response so that you can take in everyone's input and listen to what they have to say.
